After moving to SC, I wasn’t looking forward to finding new Doctors and a Dentist. A friend recommended Goose Creek Family Dentistry and I couldn’t be happier! Dr. Ponton is wonderful! He explains everything that he is going to do then takes the time to see if there are any questions. I trust and appreciate his work! Plus, he and his staff are friendly, caring and compassionate. Very gentle and personable hygienists. Dr. PO was very nice also. Have been going to this office for many years. Always good experiences.
The staff and Drs here came highly recommended and so far with my first visit they don't disappoint.
Carmen was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. She took good care of me.Also complimented me taking good care of my teeth. Dr. Andrew was good, also. He also said my dental hygiene was good. All the staff was courteous and polite. They took steps to make sure all patients were protected.
The service was excellent
Dr. Schneider was wonderful. I had a great experience. The staff was friendly. They gave me a detail description of the cost of my procedure before it was performed. We talk about insurance cost and out pocket cost. I was well pleased. I love it here. They have a wonderful protocol for COVID. Hand wash station with UV light protection for hand drying. Temp screening is performed. You are greeted by staff before you enter the building. 5 star in my book.
