I haven't seen a mission statement posted, I'm guessing it would be "give best care while being kind, patient and professional under all situations". At times I'm hard to please, even when things didn't go as hoped your office did it's best to be kind, patient and professional. Also I don't give review or recommendations, but you guys are an exception. Thank you Ryan and your staff.
My experience at Goose Creek Family Dentistry was very very good! From the time I walked in the door I felt at ease and welcomed. Everything was explained well and all questions answered thoroughly. One thing that I really liked was the fact that I didn't feel as if they were trying to rush me out. Totally a 5 star rating!
I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, I always have anxiety about it, but the super friendly staff makes sure to take good care of me while I am there. Even though I dread going, I always leave with a smile on my face. They always make sure "do I have any questions?" and any that I do have, they answer well and give me a good understanding. Very gentle and patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking to be happy for years, I have been!
From the cleaning to check out the team makes you feel like family. Thank you Dr. "G", Monica, Elizabeth and the rest of the staff for such a wonderful experience!
My Dental tech was so pleasant and very caring on my teeth. She clean my teeth so good. She is wonderful. I forgot her name but , please look on my file and u will see who she was... Great service
