I can schedule my hours after work which is wonderful. They are always professional and very courteous. I like that they send a reminder for the appointments!!!!.

I arrived a few minutes late thanks to my GPS. But they still took me right in without any delay...I was a little antsy but I quickly forgot where I was due to the calming and refreshing atmosphere. From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist and to the appointment secretary, " Friendly, Professional, and very Informative. The service was outstanding!

My first time visit with Goosa Creek Family Dentistry, I can honestly say it was one of my most pleasant visits I have had with a dentist office. The staff from the front desk to the Dr. the staff was very professional and considerate to all my needs.

They have a great staff at Goose Creek Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. All the dentist are very professional, and they make going to the dentist very easy. My hygienist Krista is the best, and I can't imagine going to any other dental office. Let me not forget the ladies at the front desk. They are always very helpful and very professional, especially Mercedes. I would like to thank everyone at Goose Creek Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for always making my visit a pleasurable one and putting a SMILE on my face.

I am a nurse. You know what they say about nurses? They make the worst patients. In my case, that is so very true. It took me 3 years to get up my courage to CALL to a make a dental appointment, never mind psyching myself up to WALK in for the appointment!!! I have been going to the same dentist in Mt Pleasant for 10 years and recently switched to Goose Creek Family Dentistry. Everything was handled perfectly and professionally for me, from making the appointment and transferring my records, to sending the reminder, and seeing me on my visit. The reception area was bright and welcoming, and smiling friendly faces were behind the front desk ready to help me. The staff is attentive, cheerful and efficient. From the very start Goose Creek family dentistry made me feel so comfortable. I have a phobia of the dentist and because of this I have not been to the dentist in 8 years. When I called to make my appointment to when I walked out it was a wonderful experience. I am so glad I went there. Also being opened late and on weekends is so convenient. I will recommend these guys to everyone.

Going to the dentist makes me nervous and haven't been in a long time . But broke a tooth and had to go .They made me feel very comfortable. All the staff and Dr.Ponton and Dr.Antonio were very helpful and kind.
