My son had an appointment for a root canal and a crown and when he went in we were told he’d have to pay the full amount of $4000 because they couldn’t figure out how much insurance was going to pay or if there was a waiting period. They didn’t even know if it was just a root canal or a root canal and a crown. Even though I tried to tell them what we were told. They ignored me. Treated me with total disrespect. Whoever answers the phones just quit! You are rude as can be and should NOT be working with customers!
The dentist it not a fun place to go. We all know it. Goose Creek makes it better. When you walk in the waiting room has a spa like feel. Very ven and calm which is great for my dentist anxiety. The staff is phenomenal. So well educated and kind. My teeth and comfort was the priority. Added bonus - the staff while being so kind - does NOT try to talk to you and ask questions while your mouth is being worked on and I am so grateful for that!!
