Ive lived in Goose Creek for a little over a month. The cabinets and bathroom fixtures are outdated and I would not consider these to be luxury apartments; however, Ive been very pleased here. My building is quiet and everyone who has come to visit agrees the complex is very peaceful. Ive had two minor maintenance issues and the staff responded the same day and corrected the issues.When I moved in, I was concerned about the noise from the pool and the fire department, but neither has been an issue.So far, so good.

I cant cast judgment about Goose Creek, but I have plenty I can say concerning the other ghetto they manage called Holiday Park ApartmentsThese slums were once maintained by Redbird, then the knuckleheads (RCS) took over with promises of improvement. The first thing they did was jack the rent up, my rent increased by 79%. Now I did get a new stove and fridge, but need a furnace and windows. This management firm is horrible. I live in highland hills across the street owned by the same company. They do NOT maintain the grounds and glass is always laying everywhere. There have been 10 break ins this week. My car has been broken in to twice as well as my boyfriends. Windows get bashed in and the realty management does not care. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
I lived in these self proclaimed "luxury apartments" for over a year. The neighbors are nice except for the ones that come home at 3am every night drunk and loud. The grounds are ok if you dont mind dog poop the size of hourse poop piled up everywhere turning the grass yellow and drawing flies. For \$850.00 / month you would expect newer cupboards but they have probably been here since the place was built Im guessing around 30 years ago.
