Appalling service. We drove down to Goolwa from Adelaide and spent the best part of a day briefing them on our new-build. We followed them up for weeks on end and after 6 weeks we still had no quote. They kept making excuses. They would not give us a timeframe. Eventually, after 7 weeks and without any feedback, even so much as a phone call from them or a quote, we gave up. GKW were great from start to finish of remodelled beach house kitchen. Tanya was terrific with the design, Brett’s input especially regarding the wood benchtops was so appreciated and Nick and the instal team were also great as were the tradesmen arranged for us. Highly recommend GKW.
