Very kimd, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I purchased a new, used dryer and the staff told me it might be cheaper to fix the problem. I didn't want to go through all the nestle, so I purchased another one...same model as my old one. Appreciate their honesty and I hope and anticipate the dryer lasts as long as my old one!!! Thanks!!!!
Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Walked in thinking I needed to buy a whole washer and they got down to the root of the problem, assured me that my old washer just needed a simple fix. They could've taken $200+ from me but they were honest people and I ended up buying a $20 part (which they very clearly explained how to install....washer is up and running again!). Would highly recommend
Super fast and friendly, they fixed my dryer while I waited and I was in and out in less than an hour.
Our dryer recently stopped working. I called Goolsby Appliance and they were quick to get someone out to look at the dryer. Per my description of the problem, they brought a part (heating element) in case it was that problem - and it was! So they fixed it without any issue. I appreciated their very knowledgeable and professional staff.
Awesome place!! People are super friendly,great prices,very helpful,and have an awesome amount of in stock parts, went in and bought a start switch and a thermal fuse and thermostat for my dryer and now it works perfect!!! Thanks again will gladly go there again and again!!
