I am extremely disappointed and concerned by the unprofessional conduct I have witnessed within this company my grandfather attends both practices in Toowoomba. There appears to be a deeply ingrained culture of inappropriate relationships between managers and employees (which I’ve been told by multiple people and people who work there) , with little regard for professional boundaries.
