We purchased the car wash - monthly. It only cost 19.99/mo for 1st vehicle and 1 additional vehicle was 14.99. A total of 34.98/mo for both vehicles. Meaning, we can go through anytime as many times as we want per / month. Otherwise, I'd pay 16.99 for just 1 visit. The best part, I can go to any Tsunomi any time, and not just the one where I purchased. As for service, I think it does a pretty good wash/wax. My last wash will be my forever last. During my last visit, the equipment stopped mid-wash and then suddenly “jumped,” ripping off my push-in passenger-side mirror. The manager was responsive and acknowledged that the equipment had been having problems for several days. She completed a report and requested assistance with the damage.
