I love keeping my car clean. This is a good place to do it. The wheels don’t get very clean but I wipe them down after going through. One thing that is frustrating though is the rags there. They are sometimes dirty making it a headache to clean windows and mirrors. The rags are also almost every time I’ve been there, wet :/
Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!! Update: Now that I am no longer working in Chillicothe, I need to cancel my membership (that I honestly didn't realize I had signed up for.) It is almost impossible. I am reaching out to my bank to cancel the payments. Not sure about this...seems shady.
Lady did not get our vehicle on the conveyor belt correctly which caused our car to go off track midway through. They stopped the car wash to get us back on the track, but it got off again and caused us to stop. A truck behind us blew the horn and almost hit us from the back. At this point we put it in D and got out of the tunnel wash. When we got out we noticed a ding and huge scratch near the trunk that wasn’t there before.
