Good car wash, big parking lot with vacuums and towels included for no extra. After a single wash I signed up for a membership. The male manager Nick was very helpful.
Visited the chillicothe, ohio wash today. I assume it was just a bad day. Alot of girls standing around. Took almost 30 minutes just to pull in, wash & leave, I didn't even use vacuums or anything. Well again I tried the Chillicothe wash today, 3 weeks after my 1 review, had load of soap on my car when I pulled into the vacuuming area. To my dismay, the values were working so poorly they wouldn't even pick up the grass from my floor mat. It's a good wash with convenient and effective vacuum cleaners. But service has been sagging. There were no towels today until I went inside to complain. And they never ever have ArmorAll anymore. When I complained about the towels, she handed me two but didn't apologize. She did, however, immediately restock the towel shelves. This is not the service they offered when they were Take5.
