I've been on a pre paid subscription with take 5 and it seemed like as soon as I did, the quality of the place fell in the toilet. Most of the time the location most convenient to me was always experiencing some sort of issue and would be closed. I went to another and I actually had to get out of my car and go find the people running the wash, because they were on the side of the place hanging out and didn't notice that someone had pulled up. I’ve had a membership here since it was GooGoo car wash and the customer service has gone down hill ever since. I cancelled my membership today because: -the vacuums don’t work well if they work at all. Half the time, 2/3s of the vacuums aren’t even turned on. -_- -they stopped pre washing my car for some reason so it’s never as clean as it should be. -they stopped giving out air fresheners -they got rid of the machine that washed floor mats -they are randomly closed when they should be open (according to Google’s hours) -th... read more
The car wash was good, but 75% of the vacuums were broken or had very little suction - UniversityDrive located acrossfrom Target. This is the most convenientlocationforme, but not when ALLservices aren'tavailable! .
Leann was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with my membership. I highly recommend!! An excellent visit to the car wash off 72 in Huntsville. Make sure to check them out!
