Poor install and or quality shingles. Poor communication. No showed a couple of appointments. Their response below (subsequently removed and replaced) is not accurate for this $14k roofing project. We contacted Goody's within 18 months of the install regarding the shingle granule concerns. There were no fallen limbs or debris against the cabin nor were we removing snow from the roof that they reference may have caused granules to fall off in multiple areas down to the felt material. 5+ stars!! We were very impressed with Josh’s commitment to his company. He is very hands on and straightforward. Instead of us fixing a sewer pipe issue, Josh jumped up on the roof and fixed it for us! His crew was fast, efficient, and they cleaned everything up. The roof looks great and are very satisfied with Goody’s Roofing!!
Goody's did a wonderful job re-roofing our home. Josh was SO helpful and patient all the way through the process. They use quality Owens-Corning product, and it looks fantastic. The crew was great, got it done in one day, and cleaned up everything nicely. We really appreciated everything, and would highly recommend!
