From a major storm that hit Wautoma in June 2022 I suffered major shingle damage/loss. I called Goody's on the recommendation of a neighbor and am glad I did. I had some issues with the insurance company that caused extra work for both Josh and Brenda. To make a long story short, they were willing to do what they could to help me, even when it looked like the insurance was going to deny the claim after the adjuster reported that I needed a roof replacement. Poor install. Poor quality shingles. Poor communication. No showed a couple of appointments. The response below is not accurate for this $14k roofing project. We contacted Goody's within 18 months of the install regarding the shingle granule concerns. There were no fallen limbs or debris against the cabin nor were we removing snow from the roof that they reference may have caused granules to fall off in multiple areas down to the felt material. Items were not stored or laid against the roof as implied. Insurance company was ... read more

I can't say enough about this company. Last summer's storm did alot of damage to our landscape and garage. I was at wits end trying to find a roofer before Winter weather hit when I contacted them. Although they were very, very busy they sent Josh out to take a look. End result due to timing they couldn't guarantee the repair before Winter but would make sure the roof was protected and would have it done right away in the Spring.
