Amazing customer service. I was in a pinch and he stayed open late so I could pick up a roof rack. I gave him the make and model and he had all of the items ready to be picked up when I got there.
Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had with a business . I walked in with a rack for my bike told the guys there I am not sure what I need but I want to put this on my car. They helped me get the parts I was missing and during the process he was very knowledgeable and helpful. While I was paying for the part one of the guys offered to install it for me while I was paying! Took him about 5 minutes and after he gave me some tips on how to use the rack and showed me how to adjust it to fit my bike. This is a awesome ... read more
