Had a piece of metal in my tire and they were the only to answer their phone on the day after Christmas. Very friendly and helpful and fast service.
They took advantage of my 17 year old daughter. Said her car needed full synthetic oil which is more expensive than conventional. Her car used to be mine and I've been using conventional for years. But because she's 17 and dont know anything about cars, they took advantage. I called them about it and there was no remorse on their end. Her oil change ended up costing 95 rather than 65. Which is what it should have cost. I have been going to them for years until today. My family will no longer go back.
