Jay is amazing! I took my car in for a wheel alignment after getting a new set of tires. After thorough inspection, Jay said the wheels were in good shape and didn’t need an alignment. We need more honest people like him! 🙂
Jay is genuinely one of the most compassionate humans we’ve ever encountered. Truly top notch customer service you just never see. We were moving and noticed a crack in our tire when we were driving to our new home. When we called Firestone to see if they had any openings (we called a lot of shops), Jay answered the call and let us know they were booked for the remainder of the day and gave us the number for another Firestone shop down the street.
