Kary Spanos and the team at customer 1 Tires are the best. Quick and easy, diagnosed the problem that the car company could not. Gave a price and stuck to it, no upselling!!!
I came here to get a nail out of tire but they advise me it was not safe so they put my spare on for me at no charge. There is a closer tire shop near me but I always come back here because they are so nice and don't push extra items. I was helped by Kary and he's very nice.
I had a great experience with my service advisor Kary Spanos. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The communication was excellent, and I always felt informed about the work being done on my vehicle. He made the entire service process smooth and stress-free. I appreciate the honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Kary Spanos is such a nice gentleman! He was kind enough to help me figure out the issue as to why my trunk wasn’t opening and gave me exact details on what to do. He isn’t like other auto shops who try to steal your money, but tells me what is and isn’t worth it. Definitely recommend Kary if you need any help with your car!!
