The team of pros at this shop really puts customers first. I showed up 25 minutes before closing, and they brought my car in without hesitation and fixed my problem. I felt important, and that's a rare experience these days.
I called 3 times for a price quote, (they do not show the prices online). The first time they said they would help me in a minute, after a few minutes on hold they hung up. I called back twice, both times they picked up and immediately hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

Yesterday I came in for an oil change, and the entire process was easy, painless, and stress-free. The team treats their clients like family, which is hard to find these days. Dimitri runs a great shop. Gary is compassionate enough to learn sign language and treats everyone well. Kary does a nice job and Sal is great. All of them have excellent manners and understand what customer service is. They have efficiently handled oil changes and batteries for me. Each of them happens to have an excellent sense of humor which makes for a pleasant experience. Take your car here and you won’t be disappointed.
