I recently visited this service center on 7/14 to have a flat tire replaced on our truck, which is equipped with a halo inflation system. Unfortunately, the service team declined to perform the replacement, citing a lack of appropriate tools to remove the system. I explained that no special tools are required and even offered that our driver could remove the system himself. Despite this, they still refused to proceed with the job. Slow getting to location, was not informed from anyone of the status for arrival, had to call to find out myself, said 2 1/2 hours, but took 3 1/2 to arrive
Got P.O. approved before arrived and they got me right in when arrived.

Outstanding service and quick turnaround on 6 new shoes for my RV. Billy gave me the lowdown on tires and Stafford and team knocked it out of the park. Would 100% recommend.
