Awesome customer service and efficiency
I was on the phone and told me open till 5pm. I arrive 4:27pm and telling me we are close which I already pass many tire place which I could done earlier, but did not even hesitate to call other places after deal done with here. Arrive and 3 words" we are closed today" seating 3 people at office looks like bored from doing nothing, but clearly do not want work!!! Use as a last chance to come here
THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called & took my car in on more than one occasion to have the front air checked out. The first time they had it all day & told me it wasn't what they thought so I would have to bring it back. I called & made an appointment to have diagnostics done. Since they were already checking everything, I mentioned the back wasn't getting any air. I had no clue this was two different things, and they sure never explained it. I dropped my car off at 8am.
