Disclaimer - my organization has a national tire account through Goodyear Jay at the service desk is easy to work with and he gets things done. He goes out of his way to accommodate customer requests and you can tell he really cares about providing solutions rather than providing obstacles. Tyler can run an alignment rack. Wow. My truck rides like a cloud! It tracks true with no vibration, even at speeds in excess of the posted limit (not that I would ever do such a thing). Thanks guys. I’ll be back.
