Poor communication. Tried 3 times to get two trailer tires replaced. They never came out or called to let me know they could not help me. Spoke with manager Greg and he said he would take care of it, gave them 4th chance and they still couldn’t get it right without me calling my regional rep.
Excellent service, reasonable pricing, work done in a timely manner.
Not Goodyear anymore now it's Mavis. The manager was rude, ignorant, and lazy. They should get someone else to manage the shop.
I will never do business with Goodyear again. Here is the story… I have done business with Curtis at Goodyear sine 2019 and he always done good business and handled any issue I had with tires, but that pos bobby just ruined that. I bought a set of tires from curtis in 2023 and notice one of the tires had cobweb and looked like it was in the bottom of the container.
