We were traveling from Mississippi and had a blow out at 2 am Saturday night and only had a donut. We had to stay in the town where we were, the hotel we booked didn't refund our money so we paid for two. Sunday morning we searched for a tire and Raben was the only emergency service. GO ELSEWHERE!! Purchased a set of tires from these guys that are now bouncing and cupping with feathered out tread. Was told " what you got is what you got. Could be a bad set of tires I will see what I can do." tried the right way but Goodyear dont care about O/O.. I will post pictures the next time I hit the road and the tires get hot. Junk is bouncing my mirrors so bad I cant see the cars next to me.

Great people here, I was driving from out of town . engine overheated. these guys got right on it. found radiator was the problem. fixed it and was back on the road in a couple hours.

After spending the winter in AZ, we noticed that we had checking/cracking/small amount of separation on our steering tires, Michelin@ 275/80R22.5. Our contact with Raben tires was excellent...very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When we realized we also needed to replace our 4 rear duals, he found another Raben location along our trip route with the tires we needed. Definitely would recommend for RVers.

My boyfriend and I live an hour away and needed someone to rotate and balance tires on 24 inch rims. A friend of ours, who has the same tires and rims recommended Goodyear because that is where he had his done. Because of the hour drive, we decided to call Goodyear to make sure they were able to do it. We are not sure of who we spoke to but the guy told us yes they can and to head that way. I would like to think Andy and his crew for fixing the coolant problem i had. It save me alot none down time I would had been in if they didn't' fix the problem i had. Job well done guys!!!

Had a trailer tire that blew out on I55. After waiting 2 hrs, raben tire shows up. Fixes tire and doesn't have any tools to fix the bracket that was bent forward rubbing on the other duel tire. I have never had a repair truck that comes out and they don't have torches, a chain to pull it , or even a bar to bend it. They were told it was bent on the blowout. I called in with a question about getting a diagnostic run on my car. The guy asked what was going on and I couldn't even get a full sentence out before he was talking over me and not letting me even finish what I was saying. I will NOT be their customer.
