It pains me that after many years of being a customer here I have to change my review. Today was my final straw. First, Robert and Jeff have been gone for a while, which is pretty disappointing as they were truly why I went out of my way to make it to this location. Secondly, I have always been the primary accountholder. After my husband and I got married, somehow with *my* own number, my car doesn't even show up, just his. Prices have gone up and they now over charge for parts. Charging $280 for the same part you can get from local auto parts store for $150ish. That doesn't count the labor cost to install it, just the part. Shop around find a different shop and get quotes from other shops if possible.
Great experience here! Called after hours, left a voicemail and they got back to me right away in the morning. They were able to get me in quickly and got the job done fast. SO much better than going through my dealership. I worked with Jeff and he was really great and had a good sense of humor! This will be my go-to place from now on.
