Great service and a really positive experience! I went in for a tyre puncture repair, and from the start, Kristy at reception was wonderful—friendly, empathetic, and very understanding. I had requested an earlier service time as I needed to be somewhere, and she was very accommodating. Jacob, who repaired my tyre, was also fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Thank you, Kristy and Jacob, for the excellent service. Highly recommended!
Exceptional customer service from Tyrepower Parramatta. I called at 5pm today, right as they were closing, after finding a screw in my tyre and noticing it was losing air. The store manager went above and beyond by helping me out and changing my tyre over so I could get home safely. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised. Highly recommended!
