Amazing service to fix my slow leak on my Mustang tyre. Other local workshop said they couldn’t repair Chinese tyres but Goodyear did the job without question and with a smile and good price! Thank you
I sadly found a screw in my tyre this morning. The first place I called was super unhelpful and these guys came up second on the list from the minute Ren picked up the phone she was super polite and kind she said to come in straight away and the team looked after us on the spot while we waited in the air conditioned waiting office area. Ren was also super helpful answering the questions we had and we were in and out within half an hour! Will definitely recommend this place 🙂
Julian! And Frank! Bloody rippin blokes! I shipped my half inch socket kit down south, pre-move, and needed a 14mm bolt removed. I didnt know anybody in Cairns and thought i'd call up goodyear and see if they could help. Frank on the phone said to head down and they'd give me a hand! I got there, and Frank was on his lunch but Julian gave me a hand real quick, lent me a 14mm socket, and I had my back seat off in 5 minutes! Absolute life savers here at Good year. Frank from Goodyear Cairns was great, outstanding customer service. I'd driver down from the cape and had bent a rim. Frank got the car on the hoist and confirmed the issue, he didn't have the replacement I needed in stock but spent a lot of time making sure I had the correct information which allowed me to find a spare elsewhere in Cairns. Wish I could've given you my business Frank, appreciate how genuine your care was for getting me back on the road
