Wish there was a -0 star! I've had 3 dealings with them over the past 12 years. The first time I purchased over $1200 in tires for my work van. The service was horrible, took forever and the staff was rude and un-attentive. I dealt with them again 5 years later thinking it would be better and same issues. Bad service, took there time and let customers stand around and they were rude! So again, I gave them another chance 6 years after that! 4.5 hrs to mount and balance 4 tires! Ridiculous! No excuse.
this place is ridiculous. i spent 385$ for them to not even fix the problem that i went there for!!! i have a leak in my front tire. i told the lady thats why i was there..bc i couldn't risk driving around with my newborn child in the car with it. so i asked to get two new ones. well they put the new ones on the back. and left the old ones including the broken one on the front. they won't do anything to fix it and told us that they did what i told them to do. i know thats not what i told them to do. ooo and i waited 2 hours ... read more
