pretty weird experience. the manager manuel has a weird attitude as well. yk when you can feel a place or someone has a weird vibe to it? this is that place. stay away from this place :/ i agreed with the manager to come pick up my car at 12-1230 and id get a call, that time comes by and no call for an hour or so i waited. so i decided to go back in, was waiting at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes before being helped.
The service manager, Manuel (also known as Manny), was unprofessional from the start. When I called to schedule an appointment, he left me on hold for 15 minutes. Upon arriving at the shop, he claimed there was no record of my appointment and told me I would have to wait three hours for an oil change. Additionally, his appearance was not what you would expect from someone in a managerial position.
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and they helped me decide which tires were right for my vehicle.
Thee WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I barely leave reviews but I had to leave one. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Booked a wheel alignment & tire balancing from Groupon. Made an appointment for 10am. I get there 9:50am, checked in and waited for OVER TWI HOURS, car still parked in the same spot I left it.
