Be very cautious of attempting to use Groupon vouchers here. The shop couldn’t perform the service on my vehicle because they didn’t have the right oil for my vehicle. After attempting to return my Groupon, I found out it was marked as “final sale” and that Groupon already paid the merchant. The manager and owner played games claiming that they’re not paid until I redeem the voucher, which is not true based on the custom contract they have with Groupon. Normally, I’m a big fan of Mr. Tire as I’ve been a loyal customer at both their Old Bridge and Union locations for many years, but after my terrible experience on 7/27/25, at their Union shop, I’ve changed my mind; I’ll preface this by saying that I always have a good experience with Manny Goncalves who was the manager on duty on 7/26/25; He went out of his way to accommodate my request to have my brakes and suspension fixed plus get my tires changed by the end of the day so that I’d have my car in time to work an overnight ... read more
The big guy had an attitude , he pretended he didnt understood my English and made me repeat everytime i asked him something , i adked him if he had some problem and he answered he wouldnt know like trying to look down. What the heck ! You are in customer service area, Put your frustrations somewhere else or either do not have a business. I exremely do not recomend this place.
