I'm giving one star cause I can't give 0 had an appointment 4 pm arrived at 3:45 didn't see anybody till 4:05 and he said give me a couple of minutes waited till 5 pm there was nobody there I left at 5:30 he calls me you still wanna do the wheel alignment , I told him no I found someone else Total disappointed .

This was my first visit, and I arrived with a scheduled appointment, only to be met with disappointment after an hour of driving. To my dismay, they informed me that they couldn’t provide the services I had come for and payment was already made online. To make matters worse, the burly gentleman at the desk was quite rude, adding to my frustration. Got my tires replaced and the Manager Manny was very helpful insured me my vehicle will be done in our fashionable time and it was and my truck drives better than it did before and I’m loving the tires.

Came in just got get a single tire changed and was supposed to be like 40 minutes. I called and made an appointment the night before. So far it’s been three hours. Communication between the shop and front desk could be better. I would of left and came back instead of baking in a hot office. Also tried to upsell me on everything. They were all nice but that doesn’t make up for killing four hours of my weekend.
