bamboozled by the manager The guy who initially helped me (Chris) was great- friendly, accommodating, and willing to beat competitors prices. This is why I decided to try this shop. Once there, the manager (J. Hamilton), aggressively inserted himself after I had already signed an invoice and offered to do a free alignment check. He incorrectly took my acquiescence to do the free check as permission to do further work and then he charged me without showing me a written estimate or discussing further.
