Every time i go it’s a six hour process and my car is supposedly falling apart . They are crooks and they’re slow. Was even told if i made an appointment it would be faster and when i called in to check on my car apparently there’s no such thing as appointments and it still took 4.5 hrs.
I have been using this location for over 10 years. I go in last Tuesday to make an appointment for today at 2 and I'm told I have to wait 30 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment if you don't hold the appointment? Man behind the counter tried to compare the tire place to a doctor's office. Seriously I didn't know you had to go to 7 years of school to work at the tire store.
