Wonderful Joel and his staff have always been honest ... eager to correct a situation if not done right the first time. They provide a shuttle service .. coffee and waiting area if staying with the vehicle. They have not always called when the car is ready. However the amount of customers that they have in person, on the phone, etc ... it is understandable that they could get too busy to make the call.
