We made an appt for 1pm and was told an hour, so we asked for how long it would be without getting brakes checked and what not and she said “way less than an hour” so we said to just do oil change and tire rotation. Here we are an hour and a half later and still no car. My husband asked the guy at the front what the status was and he was completely blew off like it wasn’t a big deal. Bad service and will not be back.
Great experience with these guys. The store manager was great and very professional. So was Assistant Manager and Mechanic. Fixed a TPS light and issue in 30 minutes or so and sent me on my way.. no charge.. prior service center quoted $400+ to repair....
I think they suck! Wanted to charge me an extra $15 for one quart of oil! Said one price and it was much higher. Had an appt and it took over 2 hrs for a simple oil change! I'd not recommend this place to anyone. The excuse for the higher price was because they said oh it took 6 quarts instead of 5! What a bunch of crooks!
