I just spent the last 30 minutes calling at least 10 times and was hung up on. Finally when I spoke to David I asked if he can get the tires he says yes by Thursday. My response ok that’ll work sir; I didn’t even finish telling him I’d like to set up an appointment he hangs up on me again. Sorry sir you just lost a customer that has been doing business here for the last 15 years! I’ll be taking my business to Nams tire service because they were quick to answer and able to get the tires for me tomorrow morning.
RecommendedJust as I was approaching this location, my tire pressure light came on. Not only did they fix my tire in record time, but did not charge me!! Now that is extremely good customer service!
David chaisson and his crew at good year are con artist and liars I would not recommend nobody even getting their bicycle fixed there we brought our 1999 Toyota Avalon in for a front end allighnment they rotated tires and said it did not need a alignment so I ask if they could guarantee it would not pull to the left as it was doing before we brought it there when we have it rotated again the woman whoever she was said she could not then here’s the kicker I told her the tires were brand new put on the day before how could tha... read more
Had a bolt in my tire. They patched it up immediately for me.
Big shout out to Goodyear Staff on Tunnel Blvd. They were booked up solid but took care of my problem in under an hour anyway!!
Want to give a big shout out to this place for their friendly service and personnel. I had something stuck in my tire and they not only repaired my tire but there was NO CHARGE for it!!! We highly recommend this place! Thanks again and God bless y’all!!! 👍🏻
Excellent service. Everyone was very polite and professional. Had all 4 tires changed and an alignment check in 30 minutes. I will definitely use Goodyear in the future.
