Hello, obviously this location is run very well, from the service I received here 2 days ago. My husband and I have 5 cars. We will be using this Goodyear location for everything that you offer due simply to overall customer service. I called this morning and made an appt for an oil change for 12:30. The front desk woman took my information and keys and said it would take about an hour to complete. I came back at 2:45 and she didn't even remember me! She said that my car was next in line and she had no idea how long that would take !! I guess if you are not busy, have a lot of time to spare, spend the day here ! Who knows how long your oil change will take.
I just wanna thank Maxim at the front counter for helping my friend Dan with his battery. I was there witness the whole thing they got him taken care of. He’s gonna be able to pick his grandson up on time. Bill brought the battery from advanced auto parts they honored the warranty. Everything went smooth. These guys are awesome. They need some acknowledgment.
