I have been a customer for years, getting my last few sets of tires & maintenance at this location. Went for routine oil change and advised tires were in bad shape ….all poor but 2 in danger of blowout. I asked how that was as they had routinely rotated the tires and only 14K miles on tires rated for 60K. I was told that’s typical and not at all surprising. (It was to me). I recently visited this Goodyear location for a basic oil change, which was supposed to include a free tire rotation. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. First, they didn’t rotate my tires, claiming it wasn’t necessary—despite the fact that I hadn’t had a rotation in almost a year. That alone was frustrating, but things got worse when they told me I had a “major” timing cover leak that needed urgent repair. Hello, obviously this location is run very well, from the service I received here 2 days ago. My husband and I have 5 cars. We will be using this Goodyear location for everything that you offer due simply to overall customer service. I called this morning and made an appt for an oil change for 12:30. The front desk woman took my information and keys and said it would take about an hour to complete. I came back at 2:45 and she didn't even remember me! She said that my car was next in line and she had no idea how long that would take !! I guess if you are not busy, have a lot of time to spare, spend the day here ! Who knows how long your oil change will take.
