When they check my car they give me total price $1200 When I go to fixing my car they change the price from $1200 to $2400 very bad customer service
Incompetent mechanic turns down my in good condition vehicle just because the front boots if steering was cracked. It has no effect on the vehicle at all. So, he didn't pass my inspection. Stay clear from Goodyear in salt lake blvd, HNL. Infact say clear of any Goodyear for vehicle inspection renewal because they will fail your vehicle because they want cheat you off by charging for repair. 100 Incompetent mechanics and waste of anyone's time. I don’t know how this place is still in business. Horrible service… Horrible customer service. They don’t have a clue what they’re doing. You have to call them when your vehicle is ready because they’re not going to call you. If I could give them half a star, I would. I have never had such disappointed service in my life.
Took my car in Tuesday was told it would be ready by Wednesday at 12. No call at all on Wednesday letting me know car is or isn't ready. Called 6 times no way to leave a message. Here it is Thursday and still not answering their phones. Going to take a trip down there in person. This is the last time i take my car here and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all highly unprofessional when dealing with people's modes of transportation!
These men having been taking care of me and my cars since I got to island. I am extremely pleased with their friendly staff and work.
