Took my car in Tuesday was told it would be ready by Wednesday at 12. No call at all on Wednesday letting me know car is or isn't ready. Called 6 times no way to leave a message. Here it is Thursday and still not answering their phones. Going to take a trip down there in person. This is the last time i take my car here and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all highly unprofessional when dealing with people's modes of transportation!
These men having been taking care of me and my cars since I got to island. I am extremely pleased with their friendly staff and work.
Terrible customer service, make you make an appointment for a safety inspection, only to have you wait Hour and a Half.
Just really bad service overall. They are horrible and don’t care much for the car nor the customer. This business needs new management.
They Goofy as hell.they told me I passed the safety inspection after waiting 2 hours only for me to go all the way home after realizing they gave me someone else’s safety inspection and papers. I drove all the way back for my papers just for these goofys to make me do the whole inspection again waiting 2 hours just to tell me I failed like bruh these people really suck . They don’t wear name tags cuz they know they we gonna blast them all over here with their bullshit 😂😂😂
