Terrible service I was told to mount my own tire and was charged $35 for it be put back on bullshit. The guy at the desk might slapped. He word were put it on yourself.
This place has bad customer service! I made an appointment for an inspection this morning. I didn't find out it was canceled until I went in this morning. I was told their inspector was sick for 4 days. They not only didn't bother to call, but the gentleman at the desk this morning was rude and condescending! This is why I will take my business somewhere else besides this location.
I purchased 4 new tires last year, and it came with lifetime rotation & balance. Recently, my low tire pressure light came on, but the pressure wasn't low, indicating the sensor was malfunctioning. I brought my car in to get the tires rotated and fearing I'd have to replace 1 or more sensors. The Goodyear team had an opportunity to up-sale sensors but told me that the batteries were low and just needed to be reset. I was pleasantly surprised. The team was fast and professional, with integrity.
