I needed a tire repair done about a month ago for a leak. They said they couldn't patch it because of an existing patch close to it. And that I'd need a new tire anyway as it only had 4/32 tread (complete bs, it's at about 8/32) and that I should do the tire on the other side as well as it's 5/32 (again, it's actually 9/32) for a total quote of $438 minimum or thereabouts for two replacements. Had gone here in the past with zero issues but this time I went for a simple tire change and Sam and Michael lied to us about when my tire could get fixed. They said 30-40 minutes but all they did was hold my car for 2 hours while they went to lunch. They could've just let me know instead of wasting our time!

I had a great experience with the service itself — it was quick and efficient, and the team got my car taken care of in a timely manner. However, I do want to address a couple of concerns that affected the overall atmosphere of the shop. The woman behind the counter, Nicole, had a very strong body odor that made the front area of the store uncomfortable to sit in. I have a 2015 Sonic Chevrolet, and there was something wrong with it, check engine light was on, I took it in there, and they diagnosed it, and fixed it, and it runs great, this is Good Year on wornall road, Excellent job !!
