I will never use Goodyear again. I got a good deal on my tires but they said I needed $3,000 in repairs and now my truck makes noises every time I hit a bump. I didn't have the issue before I took it to them. If you don't want someone to intentionally break your vehicle don't go to Goodyear.

I took my car in for 4 new tires and an oil change...oil change did not get done because Rebekah did not let tech know and they rolled down driver side window and then it would not go back up...offered to tape it and I told them NO I wanted it fixed....really irritated me with Rebekah's nonchalant attitude about my window. I informed her I would be calling corporate office and her response was "OK"...WOW I did get a free oil change though which Benito offered when I called to tell them about window and oil change
