As a long time, loyal customer I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by my recent experience at #AdvancedAutoCareofTheWoodlands. Missed commitment on completion of repair, no proactive notification letting me know that my car wouldn’t be ready as promised. Finally no offer of consideration for the extra costs(hundreds of dollars) I incurred as a result of your inability to complete the work as promised. We've been taking our cars here for years. They're honest, dependable and thorough. When I drive away, it's with complete confidence that any issues have been addressed. Mike, Randy and Felix are great. I can't recommend them enough.

The staff at Advanced Auto Care are excellent! They are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Randy and staff.
All maintenance, servicing & tires for my suburban (2011) had been completed at Advanced Auto Care. BUT I won't be returning. I was told I needed a new transmission & they quoted me $4500. Got a second opinion and paid $1500 to have my transmission repaired.
Always have treated me right with great prices. Will be back for sure.
