These people are crooks and rip off artists.put a new rack and pinion and tie rods on my daughters car.took it here to get a front end alignment.they said no unless I paid them to replace the struts.absolutely ridiculous! Just trying to take advantage of vulnerable people Don’t go here

This is a very disappointing post as I have been a long time customer of De Re. I have doing business with them since they were in Homewood and followed them to to Orland Hills when they left because I felt they were trustworthy and reliable. My last two encounters with them left me feeling a little uneasy. After dealing with the same person for some time you get a feel for how they communicate. Was closed at 2 pm on New Year’s Eve, no sign on the door and it said it was open on google.
Excellent prompt, quality, friendly service! Highly recommend!
