Always reliable, trustworthy, and honest!
I’ve been a repeat customer here for years and have spent a lot of money, but this visit was unacceptable. I came in with three specific concerns and mentioned the trouble codes I’d seen; only one concern was documented. When I asked about the others, I was told I’d need to pay another diagnostic fee to have those checked. The manager, Tony, was dismissive; when I asked for data and an explanation, he shrugged. I’ve never been a fan of goodyear but this has to be the worst service Ive ever had in my life. I paid for a diagnostic of my car because my car broke down on me. I was informed that my car was fine, and all i needed was an oil change. I proceeded with getting everything fixed including my breaks, rotors , filters and lights. Total came out 1,500. We were in town for a show and got a nail in our tire as we pulled up at our hotel. After calling around a couple places we got Mr Marcus at Goodyear. He was incredible, he helped us pick the right tires and was then able to get them ordered and get us back on the road within just a few hours. Mr Marcus is the man!!
So I decided to give my business to these people because my friend Darren works here. But on my what a mistake I made. First of all, after buying 4 tires, having then installed, balanced, etc…. I leave and my truck is shaking, so I come back, they balance them again and tell me I’m good. They only baalanced 3 tires, they forgot about the 4th) no biggie right, it’s just a tire.
