Live in a Goodwyn home in Deatsville in a subdivision known by its residents as “ Goodwyns Ghetto”. Poorly built, low end everything, my dog wagging his tail punched a hole in the wall it is so thin. The homes look nice but the workmanship and quality is substandard. I have owned 4 new homes- this is the only one I regret buying.
