We ate at the Eagle Road location in Boise/Meridian tonight and the food was good but my brother found a long hair in his salad(he pulled it out of his mouth after taking a bite) and All they did was ask him if he wanted another salad(barf). Some guy I'm assuming was a manager(he didn't say who he was) came up and said he wouldn't charge us for the salad but it was still on our bill(guess he was talking about the hairless replacement salad) when our server(who was great) brought it to the table.
