I’ve used them for several years, no problem with service as far as trash pickup, but I’ve been trying to change my service for 3 weeks, I’ve called numerous times, no answer, they don’t even have the decency to let their callers know when they have taken the day off so you sit on hold for hours. I went to their website where an email is provided for source of contact, 2 emails sent since impossible to get someone to answer a simple call, no reply to email. I’ve been using these guys since 2017 and I’ve really had no problems. I’m not sure why so many others have lol I’m in the Irvington/Theodore area. I’ve been late on my bill before and they’ve never skipped over me even then… as for the review of don’t pay in advance, keep your receipt and you’ll be fine if there’s a problem. But I pay a year in advance now and still no problems. I also don’t know if they “look like crackheads” because they literally sit in a truck.. so good luck
