This experience was very unpleasant, the woman that I brought to this appointment was not treated with respect when she questioned why she was charged a 75.00$ fee for cancelling an appointment so to the flu. The staff was very unprofessional and the facility had a moldy smell and was very old and outdated. We had a hard time getting her wheelchair up the ramp due to some old crumpled up carpets that had been bunched up into a ball near the entrance.
