My experience started off great when I got a quick estimate for my trade in and got to test drive the car I was looking at. I informed my salesman I was looking for a black CX-5 but he kept giving me paperwork and price estimates on a cream colored one. I was told they had one in black but I was never allowed to look at it since it was “out back” so I bought it sight unseen, thankfully it’s been everything I wanted.
