Car buying isn’t always easy, let alone enjoyable. Apparently, James, Luke, and the rest of their team in Brunswick didn’t get that memo. I was coming from a total loss of my previous vehicle, and they made the process of finding a new car as simple as possible. They answered every question I had in depth - I hadn’t even driven a Mazda before I walked onto their lot, but I’m officially a convert. I highly recommend these guys.
Everyone here was pleasure to deal with. I feel very well informed and not pressured at all. Happy to have my first and not my last mazda! The more you research mazda the more you realize it's a great choice, until you drive one and realize between fun, comfort, safety, and how easy the technology is to use... and price... it may be the only choice. Shane and The office people at Goodwin were real, and down to earth. Be nice and real with with them and they'll take care of you.
My friend has had a terrible experience dealing with this dealership. They sold her what was advertised as a new vehicle but she has had nothing but problems. She has been trying to communicate with them but has been met with much resistance to resolve the issues with the vehicle.
Great experience with Shane and no hard sell which I appreciated. I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership and Shane managed to get me in and out, and delivered my new Mazda to my house. Great customer service.
