Dr goodwin is good. But the P.A an staff don't know what there doing are don't care. Took my mother that was in pain. Said she had a uti put would not give her antibiotics .when I called and asked why. They said she needs to see her infectious disease dr an that antibiotics would not fix her issue. Well why couldn't they tell me that at her appointment. Now a month later and after 2 visit to the er. Still nothing has been done. Even called dr goodwins office twice and yet to receive a call back

No problems with Dr.Henry Goodwin, the office staff or one particular disgruntled female office worker keeps rescheduling my appointments, they know whose calling they will hassle you. I called they kept banging the phone before saying hello or want answer the phone. They have done a great job, because if they aren't punished, they will continue. Very rude behavior in that office in Augusta.
