This company is bull. They are a complete scam and probably have there own people write into their reviews to make them positive but its all a debt scam
Do not do business with Goodwin Hospitality. They do not treat their secret shoppers with respect and have a lack of transparency when it comes to deadlines and expectations. They are slow to pay but fast to reject completed shops for missing deadlines that are not readily outlined when accepting a shop. (ie. Buried in the fine print) I attempted to submit my completed show within 48 hours of completion of the shop but it was still rejected even though a deadline was not assigned to the shop in the notes.
