Beware of using JEB to rent out your property. Will go months without calling you back, you'll never receive a late fee for numerous months late. Will claim he isn't sure if they paid yet because he doesn't know how to receive digital payments. Completely unprofessional. There For sale sign in the yard sat there for months after being removed from listing. We are now out 3 months of rent due to JEB and his true lack of pride in his job. Fred would be disappointed with how his business is now being run. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND
Jad and Kelly Dowdy were so helpful. I had never sold a house before. They made the process so easy and were very knowledgeable and explanatory of each step. My home in Fairfield Bay sold within 1 and 1/2 months of listing! I even was able to close earlier than expected! With their help, and the help of Mr. Leo Brandmeyer, my inspection repairs were completed with me being out of state. This was a worry and hassle free experience. I highly recommend Jad and Kelly!
