I have never felt the need to write a negative review on google, nor have I sought out to write a review unless asked, but I actually felt the need to express my feelings and experience with Este in hopes that no one else has to go through with such a disappointing experience. Just starting out with this practice, we already have problems. Este, does not listen to parents, she cuts them off after asking them a question not giving them the opportunity to answer, she schedules things and demands. I was told my child had to be seen in person within 14 days of starting the new med. I explained that, on that very day I had a procedure and would have to do Uber for her so it would be difficult. I've been receiving Spravato treatments at Goodwin Healthcare Café, and I truly can't speak highly enough about the care I've received here. From day one, the environment has felt safe, welcoming, and supportive—something that’s incredibly important during this kind of treatment. Huge shoutout to Nick—part nurse, part therapist, part chill guru. If calm had a face, it’d be his. He’s incredibly patient, reassuring, and somehow manages to make awkward brain fog moments feel totally normal. THANK YOU 🙏🏼🙏🏼
