Absolutely not 24 hours. Avoid this lot
This was a scary awful experience. We parked here Friday to see the Jazz Fest and when we came back at 9:45pm the only way into the garage was blocked by a giant steel gate. I tried calling the two numbers posted for assistance and both were disconnected. I have two small children who just wanted to go to bed and we were trapped without our car or my kids car seats. Awful experience! No where does it say the garage closes before 2am.
Definitely not open 24 hours. We couldn’t get inside to get to our car. The number on the building that says to call for assistance is out of service. The only way we got our car is because someone was leaving. Don’t park here!
NOT 24 hours No person in the building? Phone number on this Google page and on the website lead to a corporate office, instead of anyone who can actually be helpful when your car gets LOCKED IN. No signs anywhere that say the garage closes at 10pm.
