We appreciate the great service that we have received from Dr. Goodwin and his staff. Unfortunately, with the policy change on accepting Delta Insurance we will no longer be able to cotinue as a patient of Goodwin Dental. I will miss you and your staff. You did a great job of caring for our teeth.
Thank you Goodwin Dental, for making room in your busy day, to help my 11 year old daughter. Trying to go through an extra minute with tooth pain, is completely miserable, and she was trying, but just couldn’t take anymore. This was true customer service, heart, and empathy, put on display. This mom truly appreciates it, more than you know. Thank you for always being amazing with my 2 children.
I am extremely disappointed with Goodwin Dental's scheduling system. Due to an insurance issue with changing jobs, I had to move our appointments and was informed that it would be the end of January before we could be scheduled again. I really like Dr. Goodwin and his staff, but am not willing to accept that there is no way to accommodate a current patient like this. My son and I cannot go a year between visits and shouldn't have to. I will be looking for another dentist that has their patient's health as a priority.
Professional care at reasonable cost and friendly staff. Appointments are started on time. I never feel rushed.
They will try to explain away what they did to me, but I insure you they don’t have the patient’s best interest in mind. Their scheduling is a joke, and you will receive bills after your appointment for things you didn’t agree to. I am retired military and was treated beyond poorly, military personnel using Delta Dental beware!
Dr. Goodwin & his amazing, friendly staff are incredible! They are as kind as they come and make you feel so comfortable during your time there. I’d recommend them to anyone! I love them!
