I live in a neighborhood under their management. My water was shutoff today without any notice while I was in shower and we did not have hot water as well yesterday. I did not get any notice prior neither of the occurrences and the property manager did not pick up the phone call nor call back.
My community of 1608 homes was poorly ran by its prior board and management company (I wish I could name HIM!). Several community members got involved and were able to vote in a new board majority. As part of that new board majority, we were able to bring on Goodwin & Co. to help us turn around our community and manage our association. My community association has done a full 180 and has done more in the last 6 months than in the last 5 years, and it shows!
